Stop 6 - Castricum (The Netherlands)

Our 6th postcard has been sent to Castricum, in The Netherlands, 1481 kilometres away!

The postcard was written and sent by Silvia Vazquez, an Advanced 1 student, who wrote a postcard featuring the church of San Francisco and the adjacent Town Hall.

Thank you, Silvia!

    Hi Moniek!

My name is Silvia. I live in Galicia, Spain. It's a beautiful place, full of the best beaches in the world, although its water is usually cold.
Moreover, Galicia is surrounded by vegetation, because the weather is very rainy and mild. The climate is sometimes annoying but the landscapes are worth it. On Fridays I go walking in the countryside with my dog, we walk through the hills and from there I can see all the sea and mountains.

Finally, in the postcard, you can see a picture of Noya, near where I live. In this picture, you can see the avenue and the church of San Francisco.

If you want to come on holiday, this is the perfect destination. I hope you like my post and that you can learn more about Galicia.

    Best wishes, Silvia
