This postcard was sent to us from Russia. It was sent by Anastasia, who lives in Vladimir, 3768 kilometers away!
On the card we can see a samovar; these are the traditional instruments used in Russia and Eastern Europe for heating water (whether it be for tea or any other uses).
On the back Anastasia informs us that it was very cold in Russia when she wrote us, even though it was spring! She was hoping the recent snowfall would be the last of the season. Very different from our weather!
